Apart from being a great diversifier to your investment portfolio, the disadvantages of buying real estate is the high entry ticket; options less than $250,000 are very limited.
BiBali investments offers its clients an option where multiple parties interested in owning –friends or relatives – an investment property in Bali and benefit proportionately as individuals.
The process of purchasing the property in Bali will be exactly similar to the ‘Individuals’ with a small caveat in the beginning.

Option 1

Instead of being the single shareholder of the local company in Bali, multiple shareholders can exit simultaneously and own the property according to their proportionately invested capital.
All profits from the investment property can be repatriated to their home countries – net of taxes – and distributed to shareholders according to their allocation.

Option 2

We will help in establishing a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in either Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) or Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and allocate share ownership according to the proportionate investment of each individual.

This SPV will then own the local company in Bali, which in turn owns the property.

All profits from the investment property can be repatriated to UAE – net of taxes – and distributed to shareholders according to their allocation.

Both options have their pros and cons with regards to fees and taxes upon exit/sale.
